Letters to Bill

I learned from Bill that the answers you get are only as good as the questions you ask. I watched him on so many different occasions come up with thoughtful, specific, interesting questions to ask of someone he just met. It takes curiosity and true listening skills to be able to do what he did and I think of it often in my interactions day to day.
